The national flag-hoisting and distribution ceremony was also held in all districts, 14th February morning. In Brunei Muara District, it took place at the Brunei Muara District Office Car Park Area.

Flag presentation to the Royal Brunei Police Force was officiated by Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, Acting Brunei Muara District Officer.

Meanwhile in Belait District, the event was held at Taman Persiaran Cendera Kenangan, Jalan Sungai, Kuala Belait. Present was Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer. Also present were Members of the Legislative Council.

The Civic Centre Complex area was the focal point for the National Flag Hoisting Ceremony in Tutong District. Present was Awang Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer. Also present, Members of the Legislative Council.

Meanwhile in Temburong District, the ceremony was held at Dewan Belalong Car Park area, Civic Centre Complex. Present was Awang Hassan Baha bin Haji Umar, Acting Temburong District Officer. Also present were Members of the Legislative Council.
